UNVEILING THOUGHTS: A JOURNEY BEYOND PAGES

On 10th October, a Book Releasing Ceremony was organized at the Institute of Indian Culture at 4 P.M. to honor and felicitate Dr. Jacob Kavunkal who completed the work “Missionary Christology”. On the same occasion another edited volume, an International Festschrift “Called to be a Blessing” was released. The chief guest of the program was His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Dr. Barthol Baretto and the guest of honor was Rev. Fr. Tomy Thomas, the Provincial Superior of INM province. It was a momentous event that marked the culmination of the writer’s creative journey. It was indeed a celebration of Literature and a platform for the author to share his thoughts and ideas with the Audience. The author of the Book was certainly the centerpiece of the event. Dr. Joseph Mundananikkal SVD shared his scholarly insights of these books and showed their significance for today’s world. It was certainly a memorable and engaging moment for both the Author and the Audience. The occasion was also used to promote the book, generate interest, and boost sales. Dr. Scaria Pannackal SVD, Director of IIC, and Fr. John Singarayar planned and organized the book-releasing ceremony. Dr. S.M. Michael SVD proposed the vote of thanks.
