Youth Day 2024

Sarva Seva Sangh, Pune celebrated youth day 2024 on 13^th January 2024 at its premises. The theme of the youth day celebration was ‘Youth Leadership for social change’. Having gathered at Sarva Seva Sangh, the youth began the program at 11 o’ clock, which was anchored by them. After the welcome, Fr. Mathew Korattiyil SVD gave a short motivational speech and encouraged the young gathering. The youth then put up a couple of role plays on social media addictions. Mr. Mandar Shinde, convener of Action for Rights of Children, who was the chief guest interacted with the youth and motivated them. In his interaction with the youth he advised them “Shed all your fears and strive towards what you want to achieve in life” Fr. Mahipal Toppo SVD too was present at the gathering. Some of the youth then presented dances and entertained the gathering, poste which, there was a group discussion among the youth on the needs of the youth of the day. After lunch a few games were conducted for the youth by the staff and the celebration was concluded. There were 85 less privileged youth who gathered and participated in the celebration enthusiastically.
